Oliveto Suite
The Oliveto invites you to slow down and sink into a world where elegance meets stillness. Wake to sunlight spilling over the balcony, and a view that drifts from the castle to the distant fields. Original tiles, doors, and windows hold the marks of two centuries.

52 square meters entirely yours
Space is never an issue. The Oliveto offers room to stretch, unwind, or simply be — whether it’s yoga at sunrise, a long shower, or a slow soak in the tub. A workspace, a sofa with a minibar, and thoughtful details complete the scene, along with a balcony overlooking the heart of town.
A Ceiling with a Memory
A century-old fresco adorns the ceiling — a piece of history unique to the Oliveto. There’s no better way to wake than beneath a work of art that’s watched over the Palazzo for generations.

It means the best rate, a warmer welcome, and even a spot at our favourite lido when the sea calls (subject to availability). Here, booking direct isn’t a transaction. It’s our way of saying: you belong.
