BOTANICAL HALLUCINATIONS

Andrea Santantonio from Farmacopea Popolare brings his bottles, botanicals and slightly unconventional approach to drinking into our garden for the night. 

Farmacopea Popolare is rooted in a fascination with plants, herbs, infusions and the old knowledge that sits somewhere between apothecary, kitchen and bar. Andrea’s work takes those references and gives them a more contemporary, playful life — creating drinks that feel deeply connected to nature without becoming too precious about it. 

For Botanical Hallucinations, that world moves into the Palazzo garden. There will be no formal tasting and no cocktail masterclass. Instead, Andrea will be behind the bar mixing his botanical creations throughout the evening, surrounded by music, friends, guests of the Palazzo and anyone curious enough to see where the night goes.

The idea is simple: come for an aperitivo, discover something unexpected in your glass, meet people, stay for another drink. As the light disappears and the garden changes mood, the botanicals take over a little more. One of those evenings that starts with an aperitivo and ends whenever it ends.
