Marco Cataldo was born here, but his cooking has travelled far beyond Parabita. 

After working in different kitchens and absorbing new influences along the way, Marco brings that experience back home with a style that feels light, generous and deeply connected to Puglia without ever being predictable. 

For Brunch Surrealista, his food comes to life around one long table in the Palazzo garden. Guests staying with us and people joining from outside will sit side by side, sharing the same space, the same dishes and the same slow rhythm of the morning. 

It is less about simply coming for brunch and more about becoming part of the table. Marco has created a selection of sweet and savoury dishes designed to be passed around, shared and enjoyed without hurry, accompanied by fresh juices and coffee throughout the experience.

And for those who feel like making the morning a little more celebratory, there will also be Prosecco available. 

The idea is simple: good food, one table, a mix of familiar and new faces, and a garden that makes it very easy to stay longer than planned.
