For Paradiso in Fiore, we bring together three everyday elements that say so much about this place: good olive oil, fresh bread and flowers.

At the centre of the table is Matteo from Dispenseria, bringing a selection of oils to taste and talk through in a way that feels easy, direct and connected to the land rather than overly technical. The idea is to slow down enough to notice the differences — the aromas, the texture, the character — and to rediscover something we often take for granted when it is part of everyday life here. Alongside it, bread from a local forno in Parabita arrives warm and ready to be broken, shared and dipped. Nothing complicated. Just the kind of pairing that reminds you why simplicity can be so satisfying when every element is made with care.

And then there are the flowers.

Valentina from Marea Botanica brings her own way of looking at the landscape into the garden, filling the afternoon with seasonal flowers and compositions that make the space feel a little wilder, softer and more alive. Guests will also be able to discover her creations and take something home with them.

The result is a relaxed gathering around things we love: tasting, sharing, talking, flowers on the table and bread passing from hand to hand.
